Find Ultra Thunder in Dragon Fury, use its own game credentials, check account and balance status, and troubleshoot launch problems one step at a time.
Ultra Thunder and Dragon Fury are separate platform cards in the same Games area. Select Ultra Thunder when that is the account you intend to open or fund. The shared website menu does not make their login details or game balances interchangeable.
Confirm the card before the action
After signing in, choose Ultra Thunder and read the account state. If Create Login is offered because no account is present, follow the setup flow once. If game details are already shown, use those for Ultra Thunder rather than creating another website account.
Check the platform name again before confirming Add Funds. Follow the amount requirements in the current form; an old Dragon Fury or GameVault screenshot is not evidence of Ultra Thunder’s limits.
A game page and a transfer have separate results
Use Ultra Thunder’s current launch control. If a tab opens but stays blank, record the message and try one refresh. Sending more credits does not diagnose a blank page. Launch help covers browser and destination failures.
After a transfer, check its status and the refreshed platform balance. An uncertain movement needs a reference check, not another submission. Use the wallet overview to identify which record you need.
Keep Ultra Thunder in the report
Tell support the platform, failed action, time, device and message. Include a non-secret transaction reference for balance questions. A request to return credits follows the selected card’s instructions and remains separate from a cash redemption.
